A shipping policy is a set of terms created by an online retailer that describes how orders are shipped to the customer. Shipping policies typically include domestic and international shipping speed options, shipping costs for order processing time.

A Delivery Policy is where you let your customers know important details about how you ship your goods, such as what shipping services you use, what shipping fees are, and what timeframe customers should expect for delivery.

Shipping Policies Help Answer To Customer Questions

A standard shipping policy can help conveniently answer several common customer questions for you and your users.

By posting a shipping policy, your customers can look up answers to frequently asked questions, like:

How much shipping might cost them

How long it takes for the package to arrive

You will receive an order confirmation email soon after payment is made. Please check in your junk mail
folder in case you haven’t received one.
Delivery will be made to the address you provided when you place your order. A notification will be
sent when items are out for delivery. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery
address, where it is safe to do so, or otherwise as near as practicable to that entrance.
Orders will be dispatched throughout Monday – Friday. We target to process every order within 24-
48 hours. Shipping rate will be automatically calculated on checkout page based on parcel weight.
Estimated delivery time will be 1-3 days, however will not be liable for any
shipment delay.
