What can I do if I’m unhappy with a product?
If a product bought with us fails to please we will always offer a refund or a replacement to the value of the product(s) originally purchased. Our driver will collect and replace the damaged produc (s)t . Please note that under some circumstances we are not able to accept certain products back, see below for more detailed information.
Unwanted fresh or frozen product returns
Once the controlled conditions are broken, particularly in regard to temperature, there are a number of external factors outside of our control which might affect the quality of the product. Therefore, unless the product is faulty we cannot accept return of these products. Our Sales Team are always on hand and happy to listen to any of our customers offering advice or assistance wherever needed.
