Ingredients for Moi Moi from Peeled Beanws:
•2 Cups Brown Beans
•3 Chili pepper “Shombo” – Optional
•2 Red bell pepper “Tatashey”
•2 Scotch bonnet pepper “Ata rodo” •Also 1 small Red onion
•2 Seasoning cubes , Crushed
•Salt to taste
•Rather add vegetable oil or palm oil
First of all, soak the peeled beans in water for rather 10 mins or less. Also do not soak beans for a longer period. Otherwise the skin will stick to the body. Making it difficult to peel.
