Nigerian Sweet Honey Beans
Oloyin, also known as Nigerian honey beans, are native to northern Nigeria. There are no weevils on the healthy beans.
Nor hazardous residues or germicides are present in our Oloyin. In addition, they have a sturdy form. Our oloyin has extremely little moisture.

How to make Oloyin with Plantain

Nigerian Honey Beans are a nutritious alternative to meat and fish since They are extremely high in protein too.
They contain a lot of fibre too and they work well to reduce cholesterol too.
Next they are reasonably cheap and then available to any families on low income. Cooked Beans are consumed with any type of soup or sauce.
Beans and rice, beans and plantains, and beans and yams are all examples of common protein-rich combinations of food that can eat with any soup or sauce
2 Cups Nigeria Honey Beans
Onion
3 Tomatoes
1 Fresh pepper
1 Table spoon Ground Crayfish
3 Maggi cubes
2 tea spoons of salt
1 tea spoon of dry pepper
2 spoons of palm oil
5 Cups of water
*Wash Oloyin
*Pour 3 cups of water into pot and Boil
*Boil for 15 minutes and add 1 cup of water
*If the beans are not soft add more water
*When the beans has started to make a slight paste, and water reduced (but not covering the beans) add chopped onions
*Add blended tomato. Add pepper and stir in.
*Add salt. Add dry pepper and 2 Maggi cubes
*Allow to stew for an extra five minutes
*Add your blended crayfish powder and stir in. *Allow to simmer for about 3 minutes and add your palm oil.
*For an extra 2 minutes, allow the palm oil simmer and serve with Fried Plantain, Boiled Plantain, Yam, Rice, Bread, Gari, etc.
