Asiko Catfish fillets are carefully handled and packed in a clean environment. These tasty and dried filleted Catfish adds a salty flavour to soups, sauces and broths.  Catfish fish lives in  rivers and lakes in West Africa. Our Catfish are filleted and dried in a clean environment.

These smoked, dried and salted fillets can also be used to infuse stocks.
